You’ll Be A Better Person After These 52 Morning Mantras!

Here are 52 morning mantras: one for each day of the week and each week of the year (note: you can start your year of morning mantras anytime you want).

Every Monday morning, I select one of these mantras and sit quietly for two minutes, silently repeating it in my head as if I were meditating. I then go about my business. As an added precaution, I write it on a post-it note and tape it next to my computer display for the length of the week. This weekly routine has assisted me in reducing unneeded stress in my life by reminding me to keep things simple, calm, and in perspective, which has enabled me to live more peacefully.

1. There is no such thing as a secret to being appreciative. You make the decision to be thankful. Then you repeat the process over and over again. every single day. When you forget, start again from the beginning.

2. If you spend too much time worrying about what could be and too much time wondering about what might have been, you will disregard and utterly miss what is now taking place.

3. You have no way of knowing what the future will hold. As a result, the ideal approach to life is to make the most of the current moment in the most positive way possible.

4. There are two things that define you on a daily basis more than anything else: your patience when you are suffering and your attitude when you are not.

5. Patience is not the ability to wait; rather, it is the ability to maintain a positive attitude while working tirelessly to achieve your objectives.

6. It is not selfish to have pleasure in one’s life. The act of insisting on being negative in the face of all the wonderful opportunities accessible to you is self-indulgent.

8. You can feel really fatigued. It’s possible that you’re feeling downhearted. It’s possible that you’ll feel uneasy. No matter what happens, the best course of action is to remain optimistic.

9. Choosing to be optimistic at moments when you don’t feel like it has the most impact.
