We all have the ability to heal. When we cut ourselves, our bodies immediately begin to repair the wound. In the moments after we weep, our heart and our intellect begin to calm down and console us. We all have this intrinsic healing power inside us; all we have to do is remind ourselves that it is present.
Our bodies are wonderful works of art in their own right. At the same time you are reading this article, hundreds of thousands of activities are taking place in your body to ensure that it remains functional and alive.
A cognitive machine of this kind requires nurturing, caring, and protection, which is why it is critical to maintain a healthy diet, exercise, breathe fresh air, remain hydrated, and sleep. But we also have this other half of ourselves that cannot be disregarded, a spiritual side that must be nourished and cared for on a daily basis.
In fact, you may eat all of the best foods on the planet and exercise on a daily basis, but you will never be truly healthy unless you attend to your spiritual needs first.
Your spiritual energy emerges from your body and surrounds you with a dazzling light, which is referred to as an aura. It’s possible that you’ve seen this sparkle or aura in yourself or others. Perhaps you were already aware that the sun was shining on your face.
This energy needs to be cared for, nourished, and safeguarded in the same way that your physical body does, but it is frequently overlooked or ignored. This happens a lot. We often can’t keep up with who we are as spiritual people and fully embrace our energy side.
This energetic side is in charge of our intuition, and it serves as our internal compass as well. It assists us in feeling linked to something greater than ourselves and in making all of the important decisions in our lives.

Sending you healing energy is a very effective way to recover this energy. Everyone is capable of doing so, and here’s how it is accomplished:
The first step is to create a plan:
Find an area where you won’t be bothered and get some rest. Lay down or take a seat in a chair. Close your eyes and take five long, deep breaths in and out. Make sure to inhale deeply from your abdomen, rather than your chest, when you take a breath.
Step 2:
Make a prayer position with your hands by bringing your fingers and palms together and softly pressing them. Bring your hands to the middle of your forehead, or third eye, and then lower them to the center of your heart, if possible.
Two powerful chakras (the third eye and the heart chakra) are located on your forehead and in your chest area, and this exercise will assist you in activating them.
Step 3:
Now, begin lightly brushing your hands together to produce heat. Your right hand should be placed on the middle of your heart, and your left hand should be placed on your belly button. The chakras in your hands will be replenished once more, and they are quite strong.
Step 4:
Continue to close your eyes and envision the healing white light that is being transmitted from your hands to your body. Think of good-for-you light flowing through your body. It will heal, restore, and recharge all of your energy centers.
Visualize a beam of light that extends from the tip of your toes all the way to the top of your head. This is a powerful visualization: visualize the white light that emanates from your body and creates a protecting glow all around you.
Step 5:
You should open your eyes and lightly shake your hands when you believe you have gotten enough white light energy to function properly. Get up and gently shake your body or perform some gentle stretching to help your blood flow more effectively.
Lastly, there is a sixth step:
Drink a large glass of water and make a point of staying hydrated during the remainder of the afternoon.
