Best Advice To Accelerate The Process Of Awakening!

Dear fellow seekers of truth and spiritual awakening,

It is easy to lose sight of the profound journey that lies within each and every one of us—the journey of awakening—in a world that is filled with the cacophony of modern life. This journey is not just about gaining knowledge or new insights; rather, it is about a profound transformation of the self, a shift in consciousness that goes beyond the confines of our material existence. It’s about peeling back the layers of delusion and finding the ageless truths that reveal how we are connected to everything in the universe.

As I begin this journey of discovery with you, I am brought to mind a profound statement made by Eckhart Tolle, who was a spiritual teacher: “You are not IN the universe; you ARE the universe, an intrinsic part of it. Ultimately, you are not a person, but a focal point where the universe is becoming conscious of itself.”. This quote captures the essence of our common goal, which is to become aware of who we are and where we fit into the grand tapestry of existence.

Section 1: Embracing Mindfulness

The first step on our path to awakening is cultivating mindful awareness. We frequently find that, amidst the flurry of activity that characterizes our day-to-day lives, we have become disoriented in a sea of thoughts, worries, and distractions. To speed up the awakening process, the first step is to cultivate the ability to be fully present in the here and now.

As the Zen proverb goes, “When walking, walk. When eating, eat.” This simple wisdom reminds us to fully immerse ourselves in each moment and to embrace the beauty of existence in its purest form. Through the cultivation of mindful awareness, we are able to liberate ourselves from the confines of our busy minds and fully appreciate the splendor of the here and now.

Section 2: The Power of Meditation

On the path that leads to awakening, meditation is an extremely useful tool. It grants us the ability to delve deeply into the shadowy corners of our consciousness and investigate the uncharted territories of our inner being. The purpose of the practice of meditation is not to run away from the world; rather, it is to plunge headfirst into the inmost recesses of our own minds.

It was the founder of mindfulness-based stress reduction, Jon Kabat-Zinn, who once said, “You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.” The practice of meditation teaches us how to more gracefully and equanimously ride the waves of our thoughts and emotions. Because of this, we are able to observe the ebb and flow of our thoughts without passing judgment on them, and as a result, we are able to gain insight into the nature of our own existence.

Section 3: Seeking Knowledge and Wisdom

Acquiring new information is the engine that drives our forward progress. The ancient wise men and women have bequeathed to us a wealth of knowledge and insight that can serve as a map for navigating our journey through life. These ancient texts, such as the teachings of Lao Tzu and the Bhagavad Gita, as well as the writings of Rumi, provide profound insights into the nature of reality and the human condition.

However, having knowledge is not enough on its own. It is necessary to combine this with wisdom, which is the capacity to differentiate between truth and falsehood as well as the meaningful and the unimportant. As we make our way through the vast sea of information made available to us by the digital age, we need to ask ourselves the following question: what knowledge actually contributes to our awakening, and what knowledge is merely a distraction?

Section 4: Embracing the Shadow Self

Confronting our own shadow selves, which are the aspects of ourselves that we have repressed or denied, is one of the most difficult aspects of the process of awakening. It’s a journey into the depths of our own darkness, a confrontation with our fears, insecurities, and unresolved traumas. But it’s also a journey to the light.

As Carl Jung, the renowned psychologist, once said, “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it fate.” To hasten our awakening, we need to be willing to acknowledge the existence of our shadow selves, shed light on them, and incorporate them into our overall beings. This is a brave act that requires self-compassion as well as a commitment to one’s own psychological well-being.

Section 5: Connecting with Nature

We have a tendency to become estranged from the natural world that is all around us in the contemporary, urbanized world that we live in. On the other hand, nature is a profound instructor for us on the way to awakening. It brings to our minds the interdependence of all forms of life as well as the cycles of birth, growth, and death, followed by rebirth.

In every walk with nature, one receives far more than he seeks. As the naturalist and advocate for the preservation of wilderness John Muir put it, “In every walk with nature, one receives far more than he seeks.” Spending time in natural settings allows us to reacquaint ourselves with our most basic selves and to observe the complex web of life that is responsible for our continued existence. This reconnection has the potential to be a potent impetus toward awakening.

Section 6: The Role of Relationships

Our connections with other people serve as mirrors that reveal aspects of our own psychological terrain. They present us with chances for personal development, introspection, and the opportunity to mend. In order to hasten our awakening, we need to approach our relationships with the consciousness and authenticity that they deserve.

Rumi, the 13th-century Persian poet and mystic, wrote, “Do not be satisfied with the stories that come before you. Unfold your own myth.” Our interpersonal connections have the potential to serve as a blank slate upon which we can create our very own myth—a story about coming into one’s own and undergoing metamorphosis.

Section 7: Embracing Uncertainty

The path to awakening is not a straightforward one with a predetermined endpoint. It is a process that is full of unexpected turns and twists, as well as times of clarity and confusion. Accepting the unpredictability of the path is necessary if we wish to hasten the awakening process.

According to a statement made by the British-American philosopher Alan Watts, “The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.” The process of awakening is similar to dancing to the ever-changing beat of life. We need to acquire the skill of going with the flow, having faith in the process, and submitting ourselves to the unknown.

Conclusion: A Shared Journey

In conclusion, I would like to say to my fellow travelers that the path to awakening is an experience that is both intensely personal and intensely universal. It is a trip that leads to self-discovery as well as personal growth and enlightenment. Let us not forget, as we travel along this path together, that we are not alone; rather, we are a part of a vast community of souls who are on the same quest as us.

Let us not stop seeking knowledge, let us not stop embracing mindfulness, and let us not stop confronting our darker selves with compassion and courage. Let us find our motivation in the accumulated knowledge of the ages and the splendor of the natural world. Let us tend to our connections and learn to be comfortable with the unpredictability of the road ahead.

In the words of the great spiritual teacher Ram Dass, “We’re all just walking each other home.” We have the potential to hasten the awakening process for not only ourselves but for the entirety of humanity if we work together. I pray that this shared experience brings us love, light, and a profound understanding of who we are.

  1. Are all the people on this planet Arturians or are there other star seeds here? If we die here do we go back as the same star seed ?

    • There are many variations of star seeds here, I myself am not Arcturian but Pleadian. If you are separated from your body here that doesn’t change your place of origin and roots, so to answer your question yes you will continue your ascension process disembodied yet of the same energy that you’ve always been.
