A vibration, or life force energy, passes through each and every one of us, and it runs throughout our entire body.

Because our total energy and aura are determined by our frequency, the experiences, people, and events that we attract into our life are determined by our vibration.


Our vibration is always shifting and changing based on our mood and the general quality of life that we are experiencing at any given time. These daily changes are natural and are unlikely to have an impact unless our vibration falls significantly for an extended period of time, which is unlikely.

When your vibration is continuously low, it can cause fatigue, physical disease, an overall negative sensation, and a sense of being disconnected from your soul and heart intelligence.


Having a tough time tuning into your purpose or intuition might also make it more difficult for you to draw turmoil, drama, and other undesirable situations into your life.

Our vibration is most likely lower than it should be unless we make a conscious effort to raise it. This is because the modern lifestyle encourages people to live with low vibrations rather than high ones.

12. Regrets and remorse

No matter what the source of our regret is—a missed opportunity, a failed relationship, a decision we should have taken, or just something that made us feel stupid—dwelling in regret occupies a significant amount of our time and effort. The theory is that the reason we regret so many things is because we have an idealized picture of ourselves that we strive to live up to at all times. This theory has been challenged.

Consider the following: we all believe that we are completely nice individuals, and when we do things that do not represent the most positive qualities of ourselves, we believe that we have fallen short in some manner. However, when we are able to let go of these ideals and accept the gravity and truth of life, we are able to liberate ourselves from the illusion of “perfection.”


So embrace your dark side because it is where your creativity comes from, accept yourself as both “good and evil,” and find a way to balance the two.

Every individual in your life serves as a teacher. Every incident in your life has a lesson to teach you. Looking into a mirror is a metaphor for life; every instructor is a reflection of yourself. Every experience and every connection is a reflection of your personality. Although we may not be aware of it on a conscious level, we are all aware that life teaches us what we need to know at any given time.


Take the lesson to heart and move forward. Whenever we point the finger at someone else for our difficulties, we are diverting focus away from ourselves and preventing ourselves from achieving recovery. The more we distance ourselves from ourselves, the worse our issues grow and the more we slip into a “victim mentality,” which may be a very problematic state of affairs.

10. Victim Mentality

Ayn Rand advocated the idea that you always have two choices: you can either characterize yourself as a victim of the world, or you may come to recognize that you are the world.

When we realize that everything we see around us, including our relationships, our houses, our level of living, the clothing we wear, and everything else, is an exact representation of our inner world, we realize just how much healing we have to do. If your life is in shambles, you are in an unhappy marriage, or you are stuck in a dead-end job, we should take notice that something is out of whack within.

When we are out of balance, we believe that we have no control over our situations, and we find ourselves repeating the same patterns over and over again without realizing why we are doing so. This is one of the reasons why so many individuals are unable to assist themselves.

It’s becoming increasingly difficult to establish the core cause of, or where the cycle originated in the first place.

Bringing unresolved memories forward for healing and release is made possible via the process of making the unconscious conscious and revealing hidden areas of our thoughts.

Now turn your attention around and identify all of the things in your life that you are utterly fed up with. Find the things that offend your soul and recognize that it is in these places that your healing must take place.

9. Factual determinations

All judgments, whether they be about ourselves or others, have the same underlying cause: they are based on our own perceptions.

Each time you make a decision, you are confronting a different facet of your own shadow. Consequently, if you find yourself insulting someone else, remember to flip those words around since what you just said is precisely what you require in order to heal, accept, and alchemize inside yourself. Self-critique indicates that you are not comfortable in your own skin and that you do not have confidence in yourself. When we pass judgment, we are not only bringing up a facet of ourselves, but we are also projecting our own perceptions onto the world around us. Remember, it is all about healing, as previously said!

8. The urge to be correct all of the time.

A lack of trust, as well as a need to feel protected, contribute to the feeling that we always have to be right. We feel more safe when we have established power over others. When we believe that we are correct in our judgments, we feel powerful and comfortable. Yet, when we believe that we are incorrect, we have a propensity to feel uneasy, inadequate, and even scared of our decisions.

In our “I vs. You” environment of being taught behavior of separateness, the ego reigns supreme, but when we can let go of the urge to constantly be right, we can discover the route to inner peace.

Can you count how many times a day you recognize an action you took as a result of fear-based motivation? Believe me when I say that some of them can be difficult to distinguish. It sneaks up on you when you’re not looking, testing your emotions for a reaction. Causing you to perform an ill-advised action is referred to as “karma” in some circles.

Fear is the most effective way to hinder your progress toward pleasure and fulfillment. So, when it comes knocking, open the door with love and welcome it in.

6. All of the superfluous “things” that you don’t need.

It’s a favorite of wanderlusts and minimalists alike. We just do not require all of the additional “stuff.”

Recently conducted research has revealed that genuine pleasure and fulfillment are derived from life experiences rather than financial possessions. Despite this, we all manage to fill our houses with the most recent craze to hit the market.

Why not try something different and see how you feel? The next time you are about to spend a lot of money on something that you are going to toss away in a few years, trade it in for an experience of a lifetime and create some lasting memories.

Feelings of Guilt

Guilt is the most draining feeling on my list, coming in second only to dread as the one that saps the life from your spirit. Darkness is not a bad thing. Dark energy is just the presence of concealed influences that must be brought to light (enlightenment).

We prefer to think of ourselves as being quite open-minded people. Our programmed behavior of the way things are and should be, on the other hand, keeps us tied into self-limiting assumptions about how far we should be able to fly. Everything is possible; all that is required is for you to think that it is. So consider things on a larger scale!!The sky is not the limit; rather, it is the limit of your imagination.

3. Being overly concerned

Worrying and overthinking are brought on by a lack of confidence in others. When we don’t trust ourselves, it’s difficult to put our faith in the people and things around us.

We want everything to turn out precisely the way we want it to, and we will scrutinize every single detail and go over it in our heads a thousand times before it happens.

All of this becomes a form of resistance to the unconscious impulses that are guiding our destiny, and as we let go of the urge to be in complete control, we are able to place greater faith in the process as it unfolds.

Your unconscious will guide you into every scenario in which you will be able to complete the healing that will allow you to break free from your prison.

Believe in yourself; you’ve got this!

The most difficult lesson in life is learning to love without being attached. Things come and go, and nothing will ever be the same again in this world. If we cling to the past and reject the future, we will lose out on chances that come our way, and the fruits will rot before we get a chance to harvest them.

We can’t predict the future, and we can’t comprehend the implications of each action and reaction. To discover pleasure, we must love without attachment, live without anticipation, and perceive without judgment. We must learn to love ourselves and others without attachment and live without expectation.
