Energy Shift ~ Symptoms & Tips

All of these shifts and downloads have had us experiencing a multitude of ‘symptoms’. Don’t be surprised if you tick most of this list off. Look at the examples below (and go easy on yourself when you are going through them): 

  • Changes and endings in relationships and work
  • Not feeling like you are connected with the same friends anymore
  • Changes in how you feel about yourself and your life

Here are some Tips to Help you During an Energy Wave:

Tips to Get You Through

​There is nothing special or specific that you need to do apart from perhaps these simple pieces of advice: 


1) Let go of all that has not been working for you.

2) Allow each day to unfold as it is, and for any emotions, thoughts or strange emotions or physical symptoms to simply float by and be.

3) Breathe in Spirit and be in a state of awareness and gratitude, with positive expectations and prayers for yourself, your family, community and the planet. Take time to meditate or connect.


4) Be gentle on yourself, nourish yourself.

5) Have lots of good quality rest and drink loads of filtered or spring water. Eat healthily (lots of organic produce).

6) Write down any feelings or thoughts you may have, as well as ideas for change.


7) Set your intentions for each day to be filled with calm, love, light and anything else positive that you desire.

8) Ask the angels for healing and protection throughout the day and as you sleep.

9) Clear your space and yourself.
