Like a time traveler trapped on a distant star, we take stock of our surroundings and wonder where we are and why we’re here.

Create a strategy to help you develop into a more capable person who serves a greater good. Tune in to the signals of the future as they call out to you now. Every day, tune in to your heart and mentally relocate to that space. Seek out the people, places, and things that your light leads you to. If you listen to your inner guidance, it will lead you to a point where you can make some truly divine decisions. One’s freedom of choice is the master of all human energy. All humans are perpetually placed in a position of decision. Implore them to make better decisions, ones that are motivated by love.

The days are getting shorter and the nights are getting longer as we approach the winter solstice. Many people struggle during this period because they feel tired all the time. There are, however, measures you may take to counteract this fatigue. Getting adequate shut-eye is the first order of business. Second, aim for a diet rich in complex carbs and healthy fats, which will provide you with steady energy throughout the day.
